This beautifully appointed room, located on the second floor, has two comfortable reclining armchairs perfect for watching TV, reading a book, and just relaxing in. A new, modern ceramic tile, en-suite bathroom with in-floor heating and a wonderful four poster Queen bed which accommodates up to two guests.

Winter - November 18th, 2025 - May 12th, 2026- $179
Summer - May 16th, 2026 - October 31st, 20256- $229
Special rates may be arranged to accommodate long-term or single occupancy.
CHILD POLICY: We are primarily an adult oriented B&B, and welcome children 13 years and older.
Check In/Check Out:
Check in after 3pm, and check out by 11am or as may be arranged
Cancellation:
Cancellations for stays up to 2 days will be accepted before 3pm - 2 days before your scheduled check in
For stays in excess of 2 days, cancellation will be accepted 1 day per day of stay maximum 60 days before your scheduled check in. Less notice may result in room charges if we are unable to re-book your room(s)
