Our Very Private & Cozy Garden Studio
Our cozy Garden Studio is detached from the main house and connected by a deck with ground level entry. This cozy, and totally private space features a double bed and a twin bed on a raised platform, and a davenport seating area below. This suite can comfortably sleep up to three guests.

Winter: November 18th, 2025 - May 12th, 2026 - $169
Summer: May 16th, 2026 - October 31, 2026 - $229
add $25 additional per night for triple occupancy
CHILD POLICY: We are primarily an adult oriented B&B, and welcome children 13 years and older. Please call us as we do accomodate younger children in the Garden Studio! We also love to have your furry friends come & stay in the garden studio as well. (There is a cleaing fee of $25 for your pet's stay)

Check in after 3pm, and check out by 11am or as may be arranged
Cancellation:
Cancellations for stays up to 2 days will be accepted before 3pm - 2 days before your scheduled check in
For stays in excess of 2 days, cancellation will be accepted 1 day per day of stay maximum 60 days before your scheduled check in. Less notice may result in room charges if we are unable to re-book your room(s)

We stayed for five nights in Rose Cottage, a private studio apartment separate from the B&B. Can’t say enough good about our stay. The apartment has everything you need and is larger than it looks online. It is extremely clean and Wi-Fi and air conditioning work well.
